Happy Saturday!!

I hope this weekend finds you all well and I hope you are getting out and enjoying the sunshine if you live on the West Coast (don’t know how the rest of the country is faring weather wise…lol). It hit 29C here yesterday and is supposed to be almost as hot today so my daughters pool party, this afternoon, should be a blast!

I had a few design “invitations” arrive  last week from Tattered Angels and Fiskars but I had to graciously decline! Love working for Fiskars and Tattered Angels makes some of my very favoritest products BUT weighing that against my other commitments makes the choice easy! I am not one of those scrapbookers who will jump on all and everything that comes my way!!  It has been my experience that those who do that, for whatever reason, let their other commitments slip and that is not fair to the ones who hold your first commitment….if that makes any sense…lol. I have been working in a design capacity for enough years that I have seen many, many people make a “bad” name for themselves by doing just that!! In an effort to “do more” they end up doing less and less quality work, falling short on thier commitments to everyone all around!
 If I cannot give 100% to a commitment then I will not take it on! That’s just the way I roll!!

That being said, I will soon have some fun projects and ideas to share with you for using Flower Soft from Stix2 KoolTac!! What is Flower Soft you ask? Well it is basically just “shaved foam”!!
I can’t wait to dig in and play with it!! It is a “dead easy” product to use and the results can be stunning!!
